Arjan Dubai, established in 2006 as a cornerstone of the Dubai land development, presents a remarkable urban landscape. As of September 2020, the community boasts 48 impeccably constructed buildings, with an additional 37 currently in progressive development. The comprehensive road network stands fully realized, ensuring seamless connectivity.

Arjan encompasses a diverse array of offerings including residential complexes, commercial edifices, and vibrant retail hubs. Notably, the district boasts two of Dubai’s most renowned attractions: the mesmerizing Dubai Miracle Garden and the enchanting Dubai Butterfly Garden. Neighboring locales comprise Dubai Motor City, Arabian Ranches, Jumeirah Village Circle, and Al Barsha South, collectively contributing to Arjan’s allure.

Arjan Dubailand has a well-developed infrastructure. However, public transport is not widely available in arjan. The community has plans to expand services. In the meantime, residents are recommended to travel by vehicle.
