Hi! I’m Dwayne Manalese. I completed my bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering.

I have been part of real estate company & business processing outsourcing in the Philippines. Before joining MTH, I was one of the management team in a global supply chain group. Having these experiences, I am now equipped to conquer Dubai and ready to unfold all the possibilities that MTH Properties can make.

I am a fan of watching crime solving series & documentaries on Netflix. I love travelling because it cuts you from the mundane routines of life and transplants you to a whole new outlook on life. I choose to focus on positivity and self-empowerment. I am a magnet for success and abundance, and I attract opportunities that align with my purpose.
